Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a basic life-support operation device that mechanically replaces manpower to perform artificial respiration and chest compressions, which can be used for emergency rescue of patients with cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest. The effectiveness of each compression is better than that of manual compression. The pressing frequency can be adjusted, and the pressing depth can be adjusted automatically according to the patient's chest, so as to avoid insufficient or excessive pressing and prevent the occurrence of complications such as rib fracture. The working mode of pneumatic control does not affect defibrillation and other operations during the pressing process, which can effectively ensure the continuity of pressing. At the same time, the machine can automatically deliver a predetermined tidal volume according to the set respiratory rate, avoiding the conflict and delay between compression and ventilation in the previous CPR.
When a person is in a state of death due to the loss of heart and lung function due to some reasons, such as cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest, people use some first-aid methods to restore the heartbeat and breathing, forcing blood oxygen to flow through the organs, in order to save the patient's life. This biological phenomenon of losing heart and lung function is cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
In the equipment operation for more than half a year, the emergency department organized several relevant technical operation training, to ensure that everyone in the department can be skilled in the use of no gaps in the rescue work. At the same time, many times organized general medical staff to carry out first-aid drills in various scenes, further mastered the rescue process of critically ill patients, and further improved the ability to deal with emergencies.
