If the patient has no contrainditions during use, the resuscitation machine shall be placed immediately after endotracheal intubation. The floor plate shall be placed on the chest and back of the patient, and the compression pad shall be placed at the junction of the middle and lower 1/3 of the sternum. The compression depth shall be adjusted according to the anterior and posterior diameter of the patient's chest, and the tidal volume shall be adjusted to start cardiopulmonary resuscitation. During the use of cardiopulmonary resuspator, attention should be paid to monitoring (mainly ecg monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, arterial blood gas analysis, etc.), observe whether the pressing waveform is observed on the ECG monitor to determine whether the pressing is effective, and timely adjust the pressing intensity and depth to ensure the pressing effect. At the same time, the effect after use can be observed timely through monitoring. Observe whether the patient has electrical cardiac activity, such as "ventricular fibrillation", and seize the opportunity to defibrillation. Note the signs of effective resuscitation (automatic breathing, palpable carotid pulse, rosy complexion, large to small voidage, gradual recovery of consciousness). After stopping CPR, pay attention to cleaning, disinfection and maintenance. The ventilation tube was immersed in a solution containing 1,000 mg/L of available chlorine, washed with sterile water for 30 minutes, and dried for later use. The pad shall be cleaned with a soft cloth containing chlorine disinfection solution to keep it clean, and other external parts shall be kept clean. Meanwhile, a book shall be set up to record the use and check the disinfection situation to ensure that the instrument has good performance and is in emergency standby state at any time.
